About Parry Labs

Don Claussen is a defense technology executive and proven CEO who has spent the majority of his career serving the U.S. military and national security community. A U.S. Army veteran with eight years of active duty service, he deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq supporting tactical communications programs and spent years working directly with Army systems before transitioning to the private sector. His executive career spans senior leadership roles at L3Harris Technologies, Viasat, Intelsat General Corporation, and ST Engineering iDirect—organizations where defense and government customers represent a core and substantial part of the business. Across each, he has built and scaled high-performance organizations, driven mission-critical program delivery, and led complex operational transformations. He brings to Parry Labs the combination of warfighter perspective, operational discipline, and executive leadership that has defined his career.

As Chief Growth Officer, Amber leads Parry Labs’ growth strategy across all channels, focusing on market expansion, customer engagement, and long-term value creation. Previously, she served as Parry Labs’ Senior Vice President of Ground, Maritime, C2, and Maritime Systems. Dr. Walker brings a wealth of experience in the Defense sector, from both government and industry roles, to working on advanced technology development and winning new business. She most recently served as the Technical Director of Anduril Industries’ Land Systems business and played a pivotal role at Raytheon as Deputy Business Unit Lead in the Network & Cyber Technologies sector. During her career in the U.S. Army, Amber was a DARPA Program Manager at the Tactical Technology Office. She currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S Army Reserves within the Defense Innovation Unit and is on the Army Science Board and an active member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Jon Pilon joined Parry Labs in 2022, bringing financial leadership, strategic business partner and audit experience in privately held and publicly traded companies with a mix of debt and equity capital structures. He has been a key leader in high-growth government contracting, distribution, technology systems and services companies. Prior to joining Parry Labs, Jon served as the Chief Financial Officer of Federal Resources Supply Company, a private-equity backed government contractor, from 2015 through a strategic sale in late 2021. Jon currently serves on the board of directors of a Michigan-based government contractor serving the Department of Defense. Jon is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross.

Tom leads Parry’s crewed aviation programs across the DoD from the Huntsville site, overseeing program management, business development and engineering. He previously served as the Director for Program Management and Site Lead for Collins Aerospace’s Army Rotary Wing Avionics Solutions team where he managed Future Vertical Lift and MOSA pursuits. Tom served for more than 28 years in the Army commanding Soldiers at many levels deploying to both Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Vertical Lift Consortium and as a member of the Auburn University Aerospace Engineering Advisory Council.

Haley Kim is Senior Vice President of Operations at Parry Labs, bringing nearly two decades of specialized expertise in the unmanned aircraft systems industry. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Ms. Kim began her career at GA-ASI, where she led the design, integration, and test of fuel and propulsion systems for medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) unmanned aircraft. She guided multiple platform variants through U.S. Government qualification and operational testing, supporting programs across every phase of the lifecycle from concept development through field operations. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Kim held progressively senior roles including Chief Engineer, Technical Director, and Program Manager, overseeing both direct customer programs and internally funded development efforts. She brings a combination of deep technical engineering expertise and cross-functional leadership, with a proven record of delivering complex, mission-critical programs on time and to specification.
